Newcastle United qualified for the Champions League for the first time since 2003 and are firmly in the market for marquee signings to improve the team.
Eddie Howe has done a spectacular job as Newcastle boss, taking the team from the jaws of relegation to Champions League football and what follows now could potentially be a spending spree.
The Magpies have shown they are not shy to spend the cash after paying £60m for Alexander Isak last summer.
Newcastle eye summer spending spree
Ahead of Newcastle’s final game of the season against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. Eddie Howe was asked about the prospect of the club making marquee signings for next season.
Howe said:
“Yes there’ll be players we would love to bring in that would be classified as marquee signings"
Newcastle have been linked to the likes of Barcelona’s Ousmanne Dembele, PSG’s Brazilian superstar Neymar and West Ham’s Declan Rice.

Backed by and endless stream of finances, the potential of this Newcastle team should be a cause for concern for other clubs in England looking to get back into the top four.
