The Super Eagles of Nigeria will face Benin Republic on Saturday at Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo before travelling to Kigali for a match against Rwanda.

Super Eagles star Victor Boniface has sought spiritual help ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Benin Republic and Rwanda.

Recall that NFF technical director Augustine Eguavoen will lead the Super Eagles to the games after Nigeria failed to appoint a new head coach since Finidi George's departure, causing frustration among fans.

However, the NFF were close to finalising a deal for a new manager a few weeks ago, but negotiations fell through.

Nigeria vs Benin

Nigeria will face the Benin Republic in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match on Saturday, at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.

This will be the second meeting between both sides in four months, following their June encounter in a World Cup qualifying match which the Cheetahs won 2-1.

Ahead of Nigeria's game against Benin Republic, Bayer Leverkusen striker Victor Boniface has committed the two games into God's hands.

Taking to his social media, he said, "LORD Guide and protect Us."

Nigeria's game against the Benin Republic kicks off 5PM on Saturday before the team travels to Kigali for a clash with Rwanda.
