Offor expecting more from Sporting Lagos
Reacting after the game, Offor revealed that he was glad his side could assert their dominance despite relaxing against their visitors. It was difficult. We started the game strong, but relaxed and let Ijebu get into it, and they punished us," the manager said after the thrilling fixture.
"We know the quality they have, but I’m glad we fought hard for the victory and brought three points home to our fans.

At the end of the regular season, a Super 8 playoff will see the top-ranked teams from the eight groups in the second division vie for four promotion places to the NPFL.
Sporting Lagos will in their final three matches of the season, take on Gateway United at home, Crown away from home and Smart City at home.
