Super Eagles striker transfer-listed by Premier League side Nottingham Forest.

Premier League side Nottingham Forest are reportedly gearing up for a winter of offloads and Nigerian striker Emmanuel Dennis leads the list.

The 27-year-old Abuja-born striker joined Forest from Watford in the summer of 2022 for a reported €14.8 million fee. Since signing, he has only managed 25 games for the Tricky Trees and has gone on two loan spells (Baseksehir and Watford).

Forest plan Dennis axe

The Super Eagles striker has been back at the City Ground since the summer, but he has been used this season. He has also been deemed surplus to requirement, hence they do not plan to reintegrate him at any point during the campaign.

According to Nottinghamforest.news, Forest have a busy winter window scheduled as they have a list of undesirables.

Dennis is one of three names revealed. The first of which is Willy Boly whose contract expires at the end of the season. Forest anticipated suitors for the Ivorian in the winter, but they are expected to bat them away, as they deem the defender's experience as valuable. Harry Toffolo on the other hand, they hope to sell.

For Dennis, the Athletic report that he will remain frozen out, but Forest hope to sell him in January; however, it is unlikely they will recoup anything close to the amount they signed him.
