Remo Stars manager Daniel Ogunmodede has reacted to winning the League Bloggers Awards' Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Coach of the Month for March/April, attributing his success to his crew.
Following an impressive run during the months under review which included an away win at El-Kanemi Warriors, 12 points from seven matches, and an unbeaten run, Ogunmodede was named the NPFL's latest coach of the month.

For the first time this season, a manager beyond Bendel Insurance's Monday Odigie was named as the NPFL Coach of the Month.
Ogunmodede appreciates players, backroom staff
Reacting to the award, the 42-year-old stated that he was very proud, adding that he couldn't achieve such a performance without the help of his staff and players.
"Very proud to have been named the NPFL Manager of the Month for March/April," the Remo Stars boss wrote on social media.
"This won’t have been possible without my assistants and my backroom staff, players, my family and everyone at the club working towards us achieving success, I say thank you all. Together we can be better!" he concluded.

Battle for NPFL Super 6: Final matches for competing Group A, B teams
Results on Sunday saw Plateau United fall out of the running to participate in the Super 6, while Group A leaders Bendel Insurance secured their place.

Meanwhile, Ogunmodede's side will hope they can finish the 2023 season on high by securing a place in the NPFL Super 6 playoff.
The 2023 Super 6 will see the top three performing teams from the two league groups proceed to a playoff, to decide what teams would represent Nigeria in next season's CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup, and who would be crowned the league champion.
At the moment, Remo Stars sit in third place in Group A with 30 points from 17 matches and would need to win their final game of the season against Kwara United to be sure of participating in the playoffs.
