The former Harambee Stars striker is confident his team still has everything it takes to survive the drop following their heavy loss to Kariobangi Sharks
Nzoia Sugar FC coach Mike Mururi is confident the team will avoid the drop at the end of the season if they can improve one aspect of their game following their 3-0 thumping by Kariobangi Sharks.
John Mark Makwatta, Fortune Omoto, and Stanley Wilson each found the net to secure a resounding 3-0 victory for Kariobangi Sharks as they overcame the Millers.

Gor Mahia bank millions in addition to three points from rivals AFC Leopards
Gor Mahia earned significant gate collections from the Mashemeji Derby against AFC Leopards, but official figures have not been confirmed.
Mururi has lost each of his three games in charge of the club since taking over. They lost 4-0 to Murang’a Seal in their opening clash, before losing 3-1 to Gor Mahia, and the defeat to Sharks made their survival chances even more precarious.
However, a bullish Muiruri still insisted after the match that his charges have everything possible to survive relegation at the end of the season.
“I am a believer. We still have games and if we can push ourselves over the next five games, I believe we will be able to remain in the league,” Mururi said.
“We did not create enough chances to score against the Kariobangi Sharks. We wanted to ensure that we would hit them on the break.
“My players were not proactive enough and it is something we have to work hard on especially in attack so that we can be in a better condition to win.”
The result, on the other hand, takes Sharks, who were flirting with relegation a couple of weeks ago, to the top half of the log.
The bottom-placed side, which was on the lips of many last seasons for the right reasons, trails Shabana by eight points.
