FOOTBALL I wanted to sign for Vipers - Allan Okello stings KCCA
The left footed gem appeared to nip at his former employers in his reaction upon penning down a three-year contract with the Venoms on Thursday.
APR also had serious interest in June this year, but the deal stalled and got entirely off over unknown reasons.
The window has been awkward for the attacker, who also had links to a return to Vipers SC.
Kayiwa ended the campaign with 13 league goals and four assists for Express FC in his first season at the Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.
With Express desperate for quality and experience in their ranks after a relatively quiet summer transfer window, a new contract to Kayiwa would be helpful for the James Odoch-coached side.
The team finished 10th last season, gathering just 37 points in 28 league matches.
