Chelsea have reportedly re-entered the race for Napoli forward Victor Osimhen to bolster their attacking options ahead of next season.
Osimhen has long been transfer-listed by Napoli, and he has had a number of suitors, including Chelsea; however, a move has never materialised.

The Blues have previously been reported to have pulled out of the race for the Nigerian striker, and given their recent activity in the market for offensive talent, it seemed unlikely they would return for Osimhen.

It is claimed that they want to acquire two more forward players: a left-winger and a centre-forward. According to the report, Osimhen is their preferred player for the centre-forward position.
It remains to be seen whether the interest will calcify into a formal offer; however, Chelsea have an advantage over other suitors, as Napoli have a standing agreement with Lukaku, with Antonio Conte having identified him as the ideal replacement for Osimhen.
