The stars of Bay FC led by African stars Asisat Oshoala and Racheal Kundananji have been showered with well-wishes and adoration as they prepare to represent their respective countries at the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympics.

Nigeria, making their first Olympic appearance since 2008, will be aiming to improve on their previous performances, having never progressed beyond the group stage in 2000 and 2008.

Meanwhile, Kundananji's inclusion in Zambia's Olympic squad is a remarkable achievement, particularly after she shattered the record for the most expensive player in women's football history with her move to Bay FC.
