As it happened
Victor Osimhen once again led the attack for Galatasaray after being rested during their 2-2 draw against Basaksehir in the Turkish Cup.
Galatasaray started the game with so much attacking threat and created several chances before they could register the first goal.
Osimhen showed great vision to find Baris Alper Yilmaz with a cheeky pass inside the box, and his first-time shot was precise and sailed low into the net.
Just at the start of the second half, Krzysztof Piatek got the equaliser for Basaksehir but the visitors responded immediately to take the lead through Baris Alper Yilmaz.
The visitors held on until the final whistle as they further extended their point gap on the Turkish table.
