Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen ranked number one in Turkey Super Lig.
Sergen Yalcun, who starred for Besiktas, has deemed Victor Osimhen the best striker in the Turkiye Super Lig by a considerable distance.
The 25-year-old joined Galatasaray on a season-long loan last summer. While injury has limited his involvement to only five matches, Osimhen had done enough to show the disparity between his quality and the rest of the division.

'Thank you Lookman' - Nigerians appreciate CAF POTY nominee for helping Osimhen get 'revenge' against Napoli
Ademola Lookman put in a stellar performance, scoring two goals to help Atlanta defeat Napoli.
He has six goal contributions in those matches—four goals and two assists. He has largely looked unplayable, and Sergen, speaking on how the Nigerian striker has further widened the gap between the Cim-Bom and the rest of the division, showered the Nigerian with praise.
What he said
Yalcun, who coached Antalyaspor last season, believes Okan Buruk's side have the best players in the division in each department.
Speaking specifically about Osimhen, he said the Nigerian was better than his teammate Ciro Immobile and Fenerbahce's Youssef En-Nesyri, whose presence was meant to counteract the Nigerian by scoring the goals the Black Canaries needed to stay competitive against Galatasaray.
“Galatasaray has Osimhen; he is undoubtedly the best centre forward in Turkey,” the former Besiktas coach said, per EkolTV. “Davidson (Sánchez) is the best defender. Torreira is the best midfielder. A player named Sara came; it’s like he’s been playing for Galatasaray for 10 years. Kerem left; this time Yunus came up.
“Other clubs don’t have the quality in attack. The centre forwards are very weak. Can they receive the balls like Osimhen? The guy is aggressive; he gets into duels and wins. Immobile is not like that. He may be a good goal scorer but he is not in the team game.
“You give 18 million to En-Nesyri, but you cannot say, ‘This money will be given, he will save this team, he will score many goals,’ but you say this for Osimhen in the air. If you are going to get a centre forward, it will be without hesitation. Fenerbahçe will definitely need a centre forward; there are serious problems.”
