Galatasaray want to keep Osimhen
The 25-year-old is on a season-long loan with the Cim-Bom which means he effectively returns to Napoli at the end of the campaign unless his €75 million release clause is paid or another type of exit agreement is reached.
The Nigerian has been exceptional for the Turkish champions. He has scored 26 goals so far in all competitions and is currently leading their charge to another Super Lig title. Hence, Galatasaray want to make his loan move permanent but will have to compete with major European football clubs if they ever manage to match the Partenopei’s ask.

Tulun, who was previously an executive in the sporting arm of the Galatasaray organisation, provided some insights as to the possibility of the club signing Osimhen.
"Osimhen is a great person and a great football player,” he said, per NtvSpor. “Contributing to the team in such a long time, elevating it and playing like a 40-year Galatasaray fan is something only a great player can do. Osimhen will stay at Galatasaray. It is very possible. He is very happy here."
"He has gained sympathy not only with his football but also with his behaviour. I think he is very happy to be living in Istanbul. Galatasaray is going very positively in terms of finances. All his rights can be acquired with the contributions of certain people from Galatasaray.
“I wouldn't be surprised if Osimhen says, 'I want to stay at Galatasaray'. From what I have heard, the figure discussed with Napoli for all his rights is between 70 and 80 million euros.
“Osimhen's salary is between 10 and 15 million euros. His friendship is very good; people love him very much. Of course, the Galatasaray management will make the final decision."
