Sammy Omollo 'Pamzo' starts his career as Shabana head coach on a high as the Glamour Boyz toss aside Nzoia Sugar 5-2.
Sammy Omollo ‘ Pamzo’ got off to a winning start as Shabana manager as the Glamour Boyz had enough about themselves to overcome Nzoia Sugar 2-5 in a match played at the Sudi Stadium in Bungoma on Sunday afternoon.

FKFPL Ulinzi fire blanks as hapless KCB hold them to a draw in drub encounter
Ulinzi Stars failed to capitalize on getting all the three points against a KCB side in transition as both sides had to settle for a 0-0 draw.
Shabana did not start brightly as they were down in the opening 20 minutes through Emannuel Osoro to temporarily disappoint the side’s fans.
This did not deter Shabana, who tried plugging away in efforts to restore parity, and their efforts bore fruit moments later through Justine Omwendo, who netted an absolute beauty to breathe life back into the visiting supporters in the 22nd minute.
Omwendo would then score his second of the afternoon with another screamer that would effectively put them into the lead going into the break.

AFC Leopards recorded a narrow win against Muhoroni Youth while Shabana thrashed Nzoia Sugar 5-2 in what was new coach Sammy 'Pamzo' Omollo's first match in charge
In the second half, the hosts would equalize from the penalty spot through Salim Murunga, but it effectively was like striking the hornets’ nest as Shabana would then dominate their way to victory afterwards.
First, Omwando completed his hat-trick from the penalty spot in the 71st minute to put them 3-2 up, before debutant Mathew Tegisi scored the side’s fourth and fifth goal to leave the side coasting to victory and getting all the three points to cap off a good afternoon for the Kisii-based outfit.
The result now means that Shabana have now climbed up to 16th place on 17 points, while Nzoia remain rock-bottom on 13 points.
