Spanish hero has revealed what she told her teammate before their Olympic clash with the Super Falcons.

Spain defeated Nigeria 1-0 in a fierce match to become the first team to advance to the 2024 Olympic quarterfinals.

The Super Falcons were a thorn in the flesh of the Spanish side, depriving them of creating chances in the game.

However, Alexia Putellas, who had a great performance against the Super Falcons, scored the winning goal with a sublime free-kick.

Alexia Putellas, the two-time winner of the Ballon d'Or, has shared the conversation she had with her teammates right before she scored the game-winning goal against the Super Falcons.
