Turkish giants Galatasaray want Victor Osimhen to make his move from Napoli permanent.

Turkish giants Galatasaray are reportedly making an audacious move to secure a permanent transfer for Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen from Napoli.

After a difficult summer that saw Osimhen wanting to leave Naples following four successful seasons, including leading the club to its first Serie A title in 33 years, he was loaned to Galatasaray when a proposed transfer collapsed on deadline day.

Despite strong interest from Premier League side Chelsea and Saudi Pro League club Al Ahli, Osimhen found himself frozen out of the Napoli squad under manager Antonio Conte.

His subsequent loan to Galatasaray has proven fruitful, as he has already made a significant impact in the Turkish league, scoring four goals in his first five matches in the Lig.

Now, Galatasaray are keen to make his loan move permanent. According to reports, the club is exploring ways to pay Osimhen's release clause, which stands at €75 million.

The Turkish champions are optimistic they can present an offer that will convince Napoli to part with their star striker, although it remains to be seen if they can meet the financial demands.

Osimhen’s performances have garnered praise from teammates and fans, with many noting his transformative effect on the team in Turkey.

He has quickly become a key player for Galatasaray, contributing not only goals but also leadership on and off the pitch.

As the club aims to solidify its position at the top of the Super Lig, securing Osimhen permanently would be a significant boost.

However, competition looms as rival club Fenerbahce, amongst others like Arsenal and Chelsea also reportedly have an interest in Osimhen, potentially complicating Galatasaray's plans.

For now, all eyes will be on Osimhen and Galatasaray as they look to continue their impressive form against Tottenham in the Europa League.
