Suspended footballer Paul Pogba joined Tanzanian singer in Dubai to celebrate France's Euro 2024 win against Portugal.

Paul Pogba continues to make headlines off the pitch as he recently connected with Tanzanian music sensation Diamond Platnumz in Dubai.

The two stars met up in the bustling city where Diamond Platnumz is scheduled to perform over the weekend.

On a lively Friday night, a video circulated showing Pogba and Diamond Platnumz enjoying the latter's music alongside their friends.

The footage captured them jamming to Diamond’s latest hits, "Komasava" and "Shu," with Pogba enthusiastically participating in the dance moves.

Pogba's appreciation for Diamond's music was evident as he relished the beats and rhythms reflecting a deep-rooted fan appreciation.

Following their musical revelry, Pogba and Diamond Platnumz sat down to watch an intense football match: France versus Portugal in the Euro 2024 quarterfinals.

The game, held at the Volksparkstadion in Hamburg, Germany, was a nail-biting affair that ended in a penalty shootout after a goalless draw in regular and extra time.

France triumphed over Portugal 5-3 in the shootout securing their spot in the semifinals of the prestigious tournament.

Portugal's Cristiano Ronaldo and France's Kylian Mbappe both started the match, but neither team could break the deadlock during open play.

The victory came as a significant boost for France, who had finished second in their group to Austria but showcased resilience by overcoming Belgium in the round of 16.

Portugal, on the other hand, had advanced to the quarterfinals by defeating Slovenia after finishing second in Group F.

Despite not playing since August 2023 due to a doping suspension, Pogba's presence and support have remained influential.

He is currently awaiting a hearing date with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in hopes of reducing his suspension to a two-year ban.

Pogba tested positive for doping twice, leading to his suspension, which prohibits him from playing professional football or training with his club, Juventus.

However, Pogba has not let this setback hinder his passion for the game as he has been rigorously training on his own at his Turin mansion with a fitness coach and a personal football coach.

The 2018 World Cup winner's dedication to staying fit and connected to football is evident, and his recent activities underscore his commitment to the sport.

Invited by the French Football Association and head coach Didier Deschamps, Pogba attended France's game against Belgium in the previous round, where he also paid a visit to the France dressing room to celebrate their victory.
