Kenya Police completely obliterated Kakamega Homeboyz, while Shabana were sank 1-0 by Muhoroni.
Kenya Police FC comprehensively thrashed Kakamega Homeboyz 3-0 on Saturday in an FKFPL encounter played at the Police Sacco Stadium to get their New Year vibes off to a flyer.
Police got off to a fantastic start as Musa Mohammed put them ahead from a header after he got on the end of Kenneth Muguna’s freekick before wheeling away in jubilation in the second minute.
The Law Enforcers continued to pile the pressure and could have added more on a couple of occasions. The first came in the 24th minute when David ‘Messi’ Owino could not find the target after Clinton Kinanga had found him well.

FKFPL Levin Odhiambo reveals how Tusker can close in on Gor Mahia to win the title
The Brewers have started to gather winning momentum after a bad start to the season, and Odhiambo believes they can use it to win the title.
The second came moments later, this time, it would be Kinanga that missed the chance after former Homeboyz man David Okoth headed a diagonal pass by Muguna back across goal towards the towering striker, who could not convert.
Homeboyz continued living on the edge and in the 33rd minute, an error by Farouk Shikalo left Owino with only the chance to shoot into an open net. Brian Wekesa did very well to clear it off the line, epitomizing just how Homeboyz are surviving by the skin of their teeth.
Head coach Patrick ‘Luwowo’ Odhiambo was forced to make a change, which came in the form of subbing on winger Alex Imbusia for midfielder Estone Esiye, and asked captain Moses Mudavadi to drop deeper.
