Police FC's star striker, Tito Okello, remains tight-lipped about his chances in the golden boot race, despite scoring twice over the weekend against Sofapaka FC.
The South Sudanese forward's brace, courtesy of two contentious penalties, has leveled him with the current league's top scorer, Benson Omalla, with both players now on 12 goals each in the goal-scoring chart.
Reflecting on his team's recent impressive form that has propelled them to second place in the league standings, Okello emphasised the importance of maintaining their momentum in the remaining fixtures.
“It is a good feeling because when the season started, it was bad. It was a chase. I only had three goals and he had nine,” Okello shared with Pulse Sports.
