Fresh off their Champions League high against Real Madrid, the Gunners head into a London derby, expected to rotate heavily. Here are predictions, team news, betting tips, and possible line-ups for the game.

Arsenal’s season has been heavily affected by injuries and their own failings in the transfer window. Given that they are now 11 points behind league leaders Liverpool with seven matches to play, there is almost an acceptance that they will finish second yet again.

The fans are already looking forward to having a great summer window, addressing the needs of the team ahead of next season. However, the 3-0 win against Real Madrid in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie has suddenly breathed new life into their campaign.

With the second leg at Bernabeu coming up next Wednesday, Mikel Arteta is expected to rest some of his key players for Saturday’s evening kickoff against Brentford.

Meanwhile, the visitors do not have much at stake entering this clash, as they are guaranteed top-flight safety already, and it is just a matter of if they can make a late charge for one of the spots that might open up.

However, the Bees have just one win in their last five Premier League games after last weekend's goalless stalemate against London rivals Chelsea.

Arsenal vs Brentford Head to Head

Since the 2-0 win in their first Premier League game after earning promotion, Brentford are yet to record another victory against the Gunners, losing five and drawing one of the last six.

Arsenal have lost just one of their 10 home games against the Bees in all competitions, and it was back in 1938 at Highbury. They have won five and drawn four.

The Gunners will rotate, but the Bees are poor right now. The hosts have a solid system that gives them a chance in any game, and we believe that they have enough to get a slim victory here.
