Spanish goalkeeper David De Gea has confirmed his intention to stay at Manchester United despite the current renewal saga
Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea has reiterated that he is only thinking about the Red Devils even as he waits for a concrete contract offer from the club.
De Gea looking to continue Manchester United stay
De Gea has been a Manchester United mainstay since joining the club as an emerging 21-year-old in 2011, but his time at the club could be coming to an end with the goalkeeper set to run out of his current contract at the end of the 2022/23 season.

De Gea is yet to agree to a new contract which will see him extend his stay in Manchester beyond the summer, but optimism over a new deal coming soon is very high from both the player's and the club’s perspective.
De Gea has been instrumental in Manchester United’s recent successes and lifted his 8th title with the Red Devils following their EFL Cup triumph over Newcastle in February.
Manager Erik Ten Hag has already expressed his willingness for De Gea to continue, and a new deal appears on the horizon for the current Manchester United No. 1.
