Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has confirmed that Reece James will not be available for this weekend's game due to an injury.
A few weeks ago, James returned from a long-term injury and was quickly included in the Chelsea squad that lost against Liverpool.
The fullback was out of the Chelsea team for over 205 days due to several injury setbacks, which limited his minutes at the club.
However, his return came as a huge boost to the Chelsea fans, but their joy was cut short following a recent update from Maresca.

James injured again
Maresca has revealed during his press conference ahead of the Leicester clash that Reece James has suffered a new injury, says Enzo Maresca.
According to Fabrizio on X, the Chelsea manager said, "Unfortunately, Reece felt something small and we don't want to take a risk for this game.”
The injury comes as a huge blow to the manager and Chelsea fans, who were pleased to see the England star back into the team.
This season, the defender has only made four appearances for Chelsea, starting against Manchester United, Liverpool, and Newcastle. However, he was substituted in the 1-1 draw against Arsenal.
With James' recent injury, the defender will miss Chelsea’s trip to Leicester on Saturday and their Europa Conference League game in midweek.
