Nigeria's Asisat Oshoala is celebrating the manifestation of her incredible predictions for the Euro 2024 and Wimbledon finals.

Super Falcons star Asisat Oshoala has shared an incredible post she made just before the finals of the Euro 2024 and Wimbledon.

Days before Spain faced England in the Euro 2024 final, and Carlos Alcaraz, another Spaniard, battled Novak Djokovic in the Wimbledon final, Oshoala had this to say:

"Imagine Spain winning Euros and Alcaraz winning another grand slam on Sunday. That would be soooo..."

Also, in a video shared by the Super Falcons, the talented forward predicted that Spain would beat England to lift the Euro title for a record fourth time.

Oshoala’s predictions manifest

Now, her post and prediction have manifested after Spain held firm to defeat England in the final, while Alcaraz thrashed the legendary Djokovic in straight sets to defend his Wimbledon crown for back-to-back wins.

Spain’s La Roja are now the first team to win the European Championship four times after a remarkable unbeaten run that climaxed with a deserved 2-1 victory against England in the final on Sunday.

Athletico Bilbao’s Nico Williams and Mikel Oryazabal were the heroes for Spain after Cole Palmer came off the bench to give Gareth Southgate’s Three Lions hope with a stunning goal to cancel Nico’s opener.

In tennis, Alcaraz ensured Spain had more to celebrate when he kicked off the brilliant Sunday with a stunning defeat of legendary player Djokovic.

Alcaraz defended his Wimbledon title with a masterclass, dismissing Djokovic 6-2, 6-2 7-6(4) in straight sets.

Like his La Roja compatriots, Alcaraz’s win was historic as he joined an elite list that includes another compatriot, Rafael Nadal.

Only six men in the Open Era have won Roland Garros and Wimbledon in the same year, Alcaraz the latest to join the likes of Nadal, Roger Federer, Rod Lever, Bjorn Borg and the man he defeated, Djokovic.

Oshoala, who played for Barcelona in Spain for five years before leaving for Bay FC, quoted her previous tweet after it came true, joining the Spaniards in their celebrations.

“Well, it has happened,” she concluded.

The 28-year-old is currently in Seville, Spain, with the Super Falcons preparing for the Olympics, Paris 2024.
