The former Real Madrid manager would be PSG's dream replacement
According to reports in France, Paris Saint-Germain could be set to relieve Christophe Galtier of his duties and appoint Champions League three-peat winner and France legend Zinedine Zidane in his place.

This is fitting since Galtier’s head is on the slab majorly as a result of PSG’s potential failings in the UEFA Champions League.
PSG are on the brink of elimination after falling to Bayern Munich 1-0 at the Parc de Prince in the round of 16 and it is now apparent that if they do not find a way to turn it around, Galtier could be out of a job soon.
PSG have also suffered elimination in the Coupe de France in recent weeks and have watched their stronghold on the Ligue 1 title race weaken in recent weeks as well in their period of crisis, but the precarious situation in the Champions League could be the final straw that breaks the camel’s back.
PSG’s UCL obsession
PSG’s most recent manager, Mauricio Pochettino, was widely derided for his exit in the Champions League round of 16, and it is believed that this failure ultimately cost him his job despite success in Ligue 1.
Should PSG suffer a similar fate this season, Galtier would most likely be headed the same way as Pochettino and rumours in France believe that Les Parisiens already have the perfect replacement in mind.

Zidane famously won the UEFA Champions League on three consecutive occasions as manager of Real Madrid, after winning it once as an assistant manager and once as a player with Los Blancos, and it is believed that his pedigree in the competition makes him the front-runner for the job.
Zidane recently got passed up for the French National team job which he was alleged to be keen on but has not commented on rumours linking him to PSG.
