According to FootballTransfers, per Football Espana, James is considering leaving Chelsea, and his agents have begun evaluating possible destinations. According to the report, weather will play a big factor in James' decision, as he wants to move to a warmer city.
This makes Barcelona an ideal destination, and the Blaugrana are believed to be open to the move. Only their financial condition prevented them from signing a right-back last summer.
