Ex-Trabzonspor midfielder John Mikel Obi warns his former manager Jose Mourinho about Turkish football.
The Luton striker scored 10 times in 27 Premier League appearances for the Hatters in 2023-24, even if the goals could not prevent immediate relegation.
According to rumours in the Turkish media, the Portuguese boss is keen on the 26-year-old centre-forward, who could still represent England or Nigeria at international level.

“A name on Fenerbahce’s agenda is Elijah Adebayo,” read the report in Turkish newspaper Takvim. “Negotiations will begin in the coming days for the forward, who was on the agenda at the last transfer meeting held between Fenerbahce's new coach Jose Mourinho and the management.
“It was stated that Fenerbahce Sporting Director Mario Branco will meet with the Luton Town management and the terms of the transfer will be discussed.”
