Galatasaray are eager to sign Manchester United flop on a temporary loan for the remainder of the campaign.

Casemiro has faced a lot of criticism from fans and pundits following his poor performance against Liverpool.

Casemiro was at fault for both first-half goals scored by the visitors as United struggled offensively and defensively.

The midfielder was then substituted at halftime during the Red Devils' 3-0 thrashing of Liverpool on Sunday.

According to journalist Ali Naci Kucuk on X, “Galatasaray also wants to strengthen its midfield line. Initiatives continue for McKennie, who plays for Juventus.

“Casemiro is among the players contacted for the midfield line. Galatasaray is in talks with Manchester United to loan Casemiro for 1 year.

Galatasaray has initiated talks with the Red Devils regarding a season-long loan and has contacted Casemiro regarding a late move.

However, according to the Sun, Manchester United would not want Casemiro to leave the club until they can find a new player to take his place.

United could look for a new player on the free-agent market if Casemiro were to leave in the next nine days.

Meanwhile, Galatasaray has already brought in a quality player from the Super Eagles, utilising Turkey's prolonged transfer window.

Following the collapse of the Napoli star's attempts to deal with Chelsea and Al-Ahli, the club has now signed Victor Osimhen on loan.
