The former Express FC coach is said to be on the move after just one season with the club.

Gaddafi FC announced their arrival in the Startimes Uganda Premier League by making some big signings.

Big-name signings in the playing staff and the acquisition of Wasswa Bbosa as the head coach made many believe the Jinja-based team would put up a show in the division.

But just over a year later, it might all come to an end, with Bbosa and several players to be closer to the exit door at the moment.

The former Express FC coach is said to be on the move after just one season with the club.

Bbosa, who replaced Peter Onen in May last year, has been a person of interest from several topflight clubs and is strongly contemplating a move away from Gaddafi due to lack of sufficient funding.

Bbosa has a knack for moving around with his crop of players, and his departure from Gaddafi is expected to lead to an exodus in the playing department too.

Sadiq Sekyembe, John Byamukama, Ibrahim Kiyemba, Alex Kitatta and Joel Mutakubwa are some of the players rumoured to fancy moves away.

Gaddafi are in their second season of topflight football and finished last term 11th on the 15-team log, with 31 points, just five above the relegation zone.

Should Bbosa’s move away materialize, it is expected that he will take some of the dissatisfied players with him.

Kitara FC, who parted ways with Sam Ssimbwa, and Mbarara City FC, who let go of Sadiq Sempigi, are all reportedly interested in Bbosa’s services.
