The former Real Madrid boss got into a heated exchange with Buruk before pulling the nose of the Cim-Bom gaffer, who, in turn, went to the ground dramatically.
The incident has further widened the rift between both clubs, as Fenerbahce released a statement accusing Buruk of exaggerating the contact. In retaliation, Galatasaray released their own statement, which accused Mourinho of destroying Turkish football.

Emre Bol, with some clarity
According to GsGazette, Bol, a Turkish football expert, revealed that after the game, the Galatasaray coach said to the referee, “Congratulations, you managed the match very well,” and Mourinho responded by saying, “You managed the match disgracefully.”
He also said that Buruk then told Mourinho, “You are a loser; you are weak,” in English, suggesting that was the statement that made the former Chelsea coach flare up.
