Secondary School Girls Unleashed
The matchwinner, who celebrated her goal with a “SIU” told Pulse Sports moments after the game that she is indeed a Ronaldo fan.
She was the best player on the pitch and it was no surprise when she unleashed a bullet of a strike for what turned out to be the winner after she was denied by the goalkeeper what would have been a worthy goal of the tournament winner.
Prizes
After the game, individual prizes were awarded to the teams, with Gift and her Leadforte side taking most of them.
Gift was named the tournament’s most valuable player and joint top scorer, an award she shared with Ifeoluwa Owoigbe as both players finished with four goals each.
