The chairman had trouble explaining why the league is still struggling to attract big money but he defended himself with the two-year Covid-19 disruption.
“The last four years had been epic but unfortunately, we had the COVID-19 disruption that affected everyone, so it is difficult to rate ourselves from what we had planned to achieve,” Rugyendo told Pulse Sports.

The highly-anticipated derby between Mbale Heroes and Kataka will be played on Tuesday at the Mbale Municipal Stadium from 4 pm.
