Rwanda are preparing for the game against Nigeria in style.
The Amavubi featured in a friendly fixture against local league side Police FC.
After 90 minutes, the Amavubi recorded a 1-0 win thanks to a goal by Rubonena Bosco.
This comes after Libya and Rwanda drew 1-1 in their opening AFCON 2025 qualifier at the Tripoli International Stadium.
Libya settled into a rhythm and took command of the match and their efforts were rewarded in the 16th minute when Subhi Al Dawi broke the tie and give the home side a 1-0 lead.
Rwanda tied the score two minutes into the second half through a goal by Nshuti Innocent, which was assisted by captain Djihad Bizimana.
Rwanda maintained its discipline and gained ground on Tripoli despite Libya's dominance for a draw.
Nigeria on the other hand started their qualifiers with a 3-0 win against Benin Republic.
Ademola Lookman's goal in extra time gave Nigeria the lead when he dribbled past three players.
In the 78th minute, Victor Osimhen scored the second goal by converting a cross from Wilfred Ndidi.
In the 83rd minute, Lookman completed a brace by heading in a cross from Moses Simon to score Nigeria's third goal.
Nigeria and Rwanda and Rwanda have met five different times for international football.
Nigeria have two wins, the other three are draws while Rwanda are still searching for their first victory.
The Super Eagles have landed in Kigali where they will now play Rwanda at the 45,508-seat multipurpose Amahoro Stadium.
