The siblings, who are both defenders, trained with the squad on Monday before departing that night to attend their father's burial.
Fitini is 28 years old and has been a stalwart for the Amavubi, making his debut in 2013 and earning 59 caps. His younger brother Yunusu 23 years old, recently received his first call-up for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Benin Republic and Nigeria's Super Eagles.
