Senegalese star Sadio Mane is reportedly set to flex some of his recent explosion in purchasing power, as he has been linked to buying a club in the French fourth division.
The 30-year-old recently made a move to the Saudi Pro League this summer after a tumultuous time in the Bundesliga with Bayern Munich. As is the case for the stars who moved to the Gulf, Mane is on a mammoth financial package, a reported £650,000 weekly wage, which totals £34 million a year.

According to a report by ESPN, the Al-Nassr forward helped the club with funds to complete transfers in the previous summer, as he has an excellent relationship with the club’s president, Cheik Sylla.
The player is said to have had an interest in investing in football clubs for a while and is now set to acquire Bourges Foot 18. He is said to have received the approval of the city’s mayor to buy the club that sit second-bottom in Group B of the Championnat National.
