Guardiola has stated that Savinho is a better player than Grealish
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has challenged Jack Grealish to rediscover the form that made him a key part of the club's treble-winning side in the 2022-23 season.
Grealish, played an important role in City's historic campaign, making 50 appearances and contributing five goals and 11 assists across all competitions.

However, his performances this season have been below par, leading to him being dropped to the bench for Saturday's 4-1 league victory over West Ham United.

What Guardiola said
"Savinho is in better shape and everything than Jack, and that's why I played Savinho," Guardiola explained
He continued, "Do I want the Jack that won the treble? Yeah, I want it, but I try to be honest with myself for that. They have to fight.

"You can say it's unfair. If you think that, then it's fine, but you have to prove (to me), 'Okay, I'm going to fight with Savinho, to deserve to play in that position', every single day, every single week and every single month," he said.
Guardiola acknowledged the player's need for rhythm and playing time but stressed the importance of consistent training.
