United are considering a £2 billion project to rebuild Old Trafford into a 'Wembley of the North'. A final decision on the project's feasibility is expected by the end of the year.

Snapdragon's chief marketing officer, Don McGuire, emphasised the company's commitment to the partnership and its potential for expansion.

He acknowledged the iconic status of Old Trafford but suggested the possibility of incorporating a brand name alongside it, "Old Trafford is Old Trafford, and it should always be Old Trafford," McGuire said.

"But if there is a brand attached to that in some way, shape or form, 'powered by someone' or whatever, we are always looking out for opportunities," he added per Dail Mail.

In addition to the potential naming rights deal, Snapdragon is keen on expanding United's global reach through pre-season tours. The company is particularly interested in bringing the club to China and India, two of its largest markets.

McGuire highlighted the significant return on investment (ROI) from the Snapdragon-United partnership, stating that it has generated over a billion impressions in just three weeks.
