Twice already, the stadium has gone dark as NEC FC played each of Wakiso Giants FC and URA FC in the Uganda Premier League this campaign, painting an unpleasant image.
As URA prepares to take on KCCA at the same venue later today, the former's head coach, David Obua, has sent a stern message to the management to sort out the technical glitches.
"I remember when we played NEC at Lugogo, the lights went out and the CAF rules are there, and I questioned the referees about how many minutes you have to take when the lights are off," Obua said ahead of the KCCA game.
"But they know what they have to do. Speak to Anisha Muhoozi (KCCA CEO) and her crew there; they have to sort those floodlights out," he added.

Meanwhile, Obua is braced for a competitive encounter against one of the best tacticians in the country in Abdallah Mubiru.
"The boys are ready for the game. Let's try to play some good football, and I know Abdallah (Mubiru) will come with some pressure; let's enjoy the game," Obua said.
