Nigeria and Super Eagles trio of Alex Iwobi, Calvin Bassey and Joe Aribo were all in action at Craven Cottage.

The Super Eagles trio of Alex Iwobi, Calvin Bassey, and Joe Aribo were in action as Fulham and Southampton played to a hard-fought 0-0 draw at Craven Cottage on Sunday afternoon. 

The match was a crucial point for Aribo and his Southampton, who are struggling at the bottom of the Premier League table.

Iwobi played the full 90 minutes for Fulham, contributing one key pass and creating a scoring opportunity, although he missed a big chance that could have secured victory for his side. 

Despite his efforts, the Nigerian and Super Eagles playmaker was unable to find the back of the net.

On the other hand, Bassey had an impressive outing for Southampton, achieving a clean sheet. 

He demonstrated his defensive ability against the Saints with a remarkable 93% pass accuracy and completed the most passes in the game. 

Bassey completed the most passes in the game.

Bassey also made one tackle, five recoveries, and one clearance while winning all of his ground duels.

Meanwhile, of the trio, only Aribo failed to finish the game as he featured for less than an hour but played a vital role in helping Southampton secure the draw against their London hosts. 

Fulham and Saints share spoils.

The performance was particularly encouraging for new manager Ivan Juric, who watched from the stands as his team managed to hold Fulham at bay.

The result leaves Fulham in ninth place with 25 points from 17 matches, while Southampton remains at the bottom of the table with just six points from their campaign so far.
