According to Mondoudinese, Okoye has made the most saves from within the box this season, following recent statistics in the Serie A.
The Super Eagles star had 30 saves, which put him ahead of Zion Suzuki of Parma (29), Vanja Milinković-Savić of Torino (28), Stefano Turati of Monza (25), and Wladimiro Falcone of Lecce (25).
Okoye performs better than other goalkeepers in Serie A when it comes to the gap between goals predicted and goals conceded.
