Super Eagles forward's future at Nottingham Forest is in doubt after the player was noticeably left out of the 2024–25 team list.
Emmanuel Dennis has struggled to impress at the City Ground and he is considered a liability to the team.
The forward, who has been absent from the City Ground in recent months, initially signed a short-term loan with Basaksehir in September and then moved on loan to Watford in January.
However, upon his return to the Premier League side, he is not considered in the plans of his manager, Nuno Espírito Santo, for the new season.

Nottingham excludes Dennis from team list
The Nigerian international, who started the team's first two preseason games, appeared to have won a place in Espírito Santo's plans.
But the speedy forward hasn't been in the lineup for the last six games, which begs the question of what his position is at the City Ground.
The former FC Koln forward is eager to leave Nottingham Forest, hoping to make room in the squad.
According to the Nottingham Forest official website, the official squad list has been revealed without his name being included in it.
Dennis is obviously not part of Espírito Santo's plan for the season therefore, his task now is to find a new club.
The 26-year-old still has two years left on his contract, but Nottingham Forest, led by Nuno Espírito Santo, has made this decision to leave him out of the team list.
According to reports, the club is prepared to let go of Dennis and three other players for a lower price than the €16 million that he originally cost to sign.
