Who is Taiwo Lawal?
Taiwo Lawal is a prolific forward who has a good eye for goal, capable of quickly punishing defenders for any error they make.
She started her career at Aseyori Queens before moving up the ladder to Robo Queens and won the golden boot award at the 2022 Betsy Obaseki Women’s Cup, scoring six goals.
Additionally, she won the Most Valuable Player award at the Flying Officer's Cup preseason competition in Abuja in 2022, where she helped her former team, the Robo Queens, win the tournament by contributing three goals and three assists.
The forward from Lagos also represented Nigeria at the U-17 and U-20 levels on the international stage.
The former Nigerian youth international will be eager to impress abroad after making her maiden professional move abroad.
