Ingwe's winless run stretched to three games.
Twelve time Kenyan champions AFC Leopards failed to win their 3rd league match on the trot after trying in vain to break down a defensively resolute Talanta FC on Thursday afternoon. The colorless game was marked by very few chances and zero goals by both sides.
The only first real opportunity came in the 21st minute when Talanta had the chance to go 1-0 up when they won a freekick on the edge of the area, but it sailed wide.
Ken Kenyatta made the first change of the game, subbing on Brian Yakhama for Augustine Kuta in the 35th minute in an attempt to inject some attacking spark for Talanta.
Ojo Olaniyi missed AFC Leopard's first real chance, when he blazed an effort from just outside the box over the bar.
AFC Leopards started lively in the second half, when Jaffary Owti got on the end of a Musa Oundo free kick which was parried away by keeper James Ashioma, before Boniface Mukhekhe blasted the rebound over the bar.
AFC Leopards would have gone ahead in the 61st minute when a Boniface Mukhekhe cross from the right flank caused confusion in the Talanta penalty box area but no one could get on the end of it.
In the 71st minute, Talanta's Brian Okoth beat Leopards' left back Eric Mbithi at pace before hitting a shot that sailed wide off the mark.
