Uganda, with only one point after three games, will have to throw everything at their East African neighbour in what is a do-or-die affair for them.

Tanzania will host the Uganda Cranes in a round four match of the 2023 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Tuesday at the 60,000-seater Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar Es Salaam.

Uganda, with only one point after three games, will have to throw everything at their East African neighbour in what is a do-or-die affair for them.

However, the visitors will have to push beyond their limits to neutralize the 12th-man effect inside the venue that is expected to pack to the rafters.

The stadium has been a formidable home ground for both the Taifa Stars and their two giant clubs Yanga and Simba.

Uganda can pick motivation from the fact that Tanzania lost their previous AFCON qualifier in a 2-0 defeat to Algeria in the ongoing campaign.

However, that was the second time they lost since October 2010. We look at their record in the AFCON qualifiers at the same venue;
