The trio were murdered in cold blood, and their vehicle burnt in the Queen Elizabeth National Park on Tuesday.

Vipers SC talisman Yunus Sentamu has grieved with the people of Kasese after three people, including two tourists, were killed by suspected Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) terrorists.

And Sentamu has commiserated with the people over the incident in his home town, Katwe, in Kasese.

"No words can describe the terrible feeling after learning of the gruesome death of the Ugandan and the two tourists," he expressed sorrow via his official social media handles.

"... attributed to terrorist activities in my home town (Katwe), Kasese, in Queen Elizabeth National Park," Sentamu added.

"My heart bleeds, and my condolences go out to the families of the deceased; May Allah give justice to the departed innocent souls."

The Uganda Wildlife Authority and Police have confirmed that the deceased included British and South African nationals, plus a Ugandan who served as the guide.

Police spokesperson Fred Enanga has since confirmed that they are; "aggressively pursuing" the terrorists.

Meanwhile, Sentamu is in line to feature for Vipers when they return to the Uganda Premier League as they take on record holders SC Villa on Friday at the St. Mary's Stadium, Kitende.
