Ronaldo presented with customised jersey
A unique "GOAT" jersey featuring the number 900 on the back was given to the 39-year-old ahead of Friday's Saudi Pro League match between Al-Ahli and club side Al-Nassr.
A video of the presentation was shared on Al Nassr’s official X account, with the caption, “Over 900 reasons to celebrate: the ‘GOAT’ is home 🐐🎉.”
There was also an eye-catching message in the stands that said, "900 goals" and "Only heroes achieve glory."
Ronaldo scored 450 goals during his time at Real Madrid, accounting for the majority of his 900 goals.
Ronaldo also scored 101 goals for Juventus, 68 goals for Al-Nassr, five goals for Sporting, 131 goals for Portugal, and 145 goals for Manchester United.
Despite his goal-scoring record, Ronaldo has won just one trophy with the Saudi Arabian side since he joined the club.
The former Manchester United will be hoping to get a trophy this season after his 2023 Arab Club Champions Cup.
