Chelsea's midfielder fired back at Nicolas Jackson's detractors after destroying West Ham.
Chelsea's star midfielder Cole Palmer has showered his teammate Nicolas Jackson with praise as he continues to prove his doubters wrong with his goal-scoring performances.
The 23-year-old scored twice and provided an assist to help Chelsea beat West Ham 3-0 at the London Stadium. The victory took Chelsea to just behind Manchester City at the summit of the table, at least temporarily, before Liverpool and Aston Villa’s victory pushed them down to 4th.

What Cole Palmer said
After his first-half brace, Jackson assisted Palmer for Chelsea's third goal, and after the match, the England international praised his teammate.
Speaking to TNT Sports, relayed by the BBC, he said, “A tough place to come and a good three points; we are happy.”
"Everybody knows he [Nicolas Jackson] is a top player—he needs to keep going. The Chelsea fans and players rate him highly—we know what he is capable of.
"There will always be noise; we try to block it out and listen to the manager. We have a good manager and it can only help us to get better."
Jackson has also attracted praise from former Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh, who celebrated the 23-year-old’s form on X.
