"I'm really pleased with all of them," Arteta said.

"Unfortunately, I wanted to give opportunities to all of them, [but] we didn't have enough time to do so. But the ones who played, they took their chance and showed they are ready to fight for a place in the first team."

Players like Ethan Nwaneri, Ayden Heaven, and Myles Lewis-Skelly stood out, with Nwaneri starting two games and Heaven starting two matches as well. Lewis-Skelly also caught Arteta's eye at left-back, demonstrating his versatility and potential.

"But especially the ones that played, I think they performed and responded incredibly well," Arteta continued.

"They showed a great attitude, great energy, and a great willingness to learn and improve. They are very much pushing to earn the right to play with us."
