In an exclusive interview with Hayters TV, as reported by Daily Mail, Silva expressed his sentiment, "You will know in the coming days. I don't want to say anything now with my head in defeat, a bit of sadness. But sooner or later it's going to happen. The news will come out."
Pressed further on his future plans, Silva affirmed, "I already have made a decision in my head. I don't think it's cool that a lot of people talk about it. I'm sorry. Soon you will know."
Earlier this year, Silva hinted at the twilight of his career, stating, "We know it's almost over, but it's not the end yet. So pick the right time.
“I'm still able to maintain a good performance, my numbers are good, and this gives me peace of mind to continue. Now, the future belongs to God."
