Fulham and Brentford were unable to break the deadlock as the London clubs settled for a draw
Three Nigerians featured in the Premier League game between Brentford and Fulham as the two sides played out a dour 0-0 draw.
Super Eagles midfielder Frank Onyeka was a late substitute for Brentford, while Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey both started for Fulham although none of the Nigerians on show were able to tilt the tie in their teams’ favour.
Neither side was able to stamp their authority in the London derby as both teams ended the game with the feeling that they could have snatched all three points after missed chances at both ends.
