Top 10 Premier League big stars that have become free agents

Many Premier League stars are currently free agents after their previous contracts with their clubs expired on June 31.

Since their existing contracts expired at the end of June, a number of Premier League players now have an uncertain future.

Players without a club or contract will have to start looking for teams by themselves to offer them contracts to play.

1. David De Gea 

According to reports, De Gea received a one-year contract extension with significantly lowered terms.

The Spanish goalkeeper rejected the offer tendered to him by Man United and insisted he wants to continue with his previous wages.

The goalkeeper was reportedly close to signing a new contract before United withdrew their offer.

He has been a free agent since July 1 due to the failed progress of negotiations between the two parties.

2. Wilfried Zaha 

Wilfried Zaha, who has spent 12 years at Crystal Palace, also appears to be leaving the club this summer.

Despite interest from Lazio and a club-record salary of £200,000 per week, he is eager to play in the Champions League.

The winger who scored seven Premier League goals last season is attracting interest from clubs all around Europe and Saudi Arabia.

However, he has become a free agent today after rejecting a pay rise in his salary from Crystal Palace.
