Chelsea have entered the race to sign Europa League hero following an impressive season with Atalanta.

The Super Eagles star caught the eye of Premier League clubs after his performance in the Europa League final.

Ademola Lookman has been a big transfer target for most clubs in Europe, with Manchester United and Bayern Munich currently leading the race.

Chelsea have now entered the race to sign the dazzling winger as they look to beat Man United and Bayern Munich to the deal.

Chelsea makes move on Lookman

The Blues are looking to add another signing to their team after recently confirming the signature of Tosin Adarabioyo on a free transfer from Fulham.

According to reports from Italian outlet, Calciomercato, Chelsea is willing to pay up to €60 million for the Nigerian player, Ademola Lookman, if he becomes available.

However, Liverpool, Manchester United, and Bayern Munich will put up a fierce fight to get the 26-year-old's services.

The Super Eagles star had an incredible season with Atalanta, leading the Italians to their first-ever European championship in Dublin. 

He scored a hat-trick against Xabi Alonso's Bayer 04 Leverkusen in the UEFA Europa League final to win Gian Piero Gasperini's team the trophy

The two-time UEFA Champions League winners are still looking to add another attacker to their first team.

Chelsea have also agreed on a deal with Aston Villa’s Omari Kellyman, Barcelona’s Marc Guiu and Palmerias’ Estêvão Willian as they look to usher in a fresh era under Enzo Maresca.
